Alisha Kiara Design was born out of a deeply personal journey through burnout, grief, and healing. As a nurse during the COVID-19 crisis, I found myself overwhelmed and unfulfilled, longing for something that would bring me joy and support my mental health. After the sudden loss of my mother in 2021, I turned to creativity—especially watercolor and floral art—as a way to process my grief and reconnect with myself. Those quiet, intentional moments with paint became a lifeline, rooted in the love my mother had for flowers and the memories she left behind.

Now, through Alisha Kiara Design, my mission is to help other women experience that same healing and empowerment. I believe creativity is a powerful tool for reconnecting with our feminine, sexual, and emotional energy—especially for women balancing the demands of motherhood, careers, and self-growth. My hope is to be a supportive, inspiring presence for women who feel disconnected from themselves, showing them that making space for creativity can lead to greater balance, joy, and fulfillment in all areas of life.
